Cookie Policy
Which cookies FootballEdge uses, what for, and how to change your choice.
Version 1.0 · Last updated October 16, 2026
1.The short version
2.What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local and session storage, work in a similar way; this policy covers them too. “First-party” means set by footballedge.io; “third-party” means set by another company’s domain.
3.Your choices
When you first visit, the banner offers Accept all, Reject all and a choice per category (Analytics, Marketing). Until you choose, both are off and nothing optional loads. Your choice is stored for 12 months, after which we ask again. We also ask again if we add a new optional category or vendor.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button on this page or in the footer. When you withdraw a category, we delete the cookies its tags set on footballedge.io and reload the page so the tags stop. Cookies that those companies set on their own domains can only be deleted in your browser settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; signing in will not work without necessary cookies.
We keep a record of each choice (a random consent id, your choice, the policy version, time, page, language and browser user agent — no IP address) as proof of consent, for 3 years after the end of the year. If you are signed in, your choice is also stored with your account, and our servers follow it for conversion reports.
4.Necessary cookies and storage (no consent needed)
These are needed to provide the service you ask for, to remember your consent choice or to show information the law requires. They are not used for analytics or advertising.

|---|---|---|---|
| fe_consent | FootballEdge | Remembers your cookie choice, its date and the policy version | 12 months |

| NEXT_LOCALE | FootballEdge | Remembers the language you chose, if it differs from your browser’s language | Until you close the browser |

On our public cancellation and withdrawal forms, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person. Its script loads only on that page, as part of the form you are using; our code sets no cookie for it, and Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser for the check.
5.Analytics (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how pages are used — which pages are visited and where people leave — so we can improve the site. With analytics consent we also store which campaign brought you here (source, medium and campaign name) in our own fe_attr cookie.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics (first-party) | Distinguishes visitors with a random identifier | 13 months |
| _ga_* | Google Analytics (first-party) | Keeps the state of your visit | 13 months |
| fe_attr | FootballEdge | The campaign source, medium and name of the link that brought you here; copied to your account if you sign up | 90 days |
6.Marketing (only with your consent)
With marketing consent we load the Meta pixel and the TikTok pixel, which tell Meta and TikTok when someone who saw our ads visits a page or signs up, so we can measure and improve our advertising. Meta and TikTok may combine this with other data they hold about you, under their own privacy policies. Our fe_attr cookie then also keeps the full campaign details: all campaign tags, the referring website, the landing page and any ad-click identifier (gclid, fbclid, ttclid) and Meta browser ids.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _fbp | Meta pixel (first-party) | Identifies your browser for Meta advertising measurement | 90 days |
| _fbc | Meta pixel (first-party) | Stores the Meta ad click you arrived from | 90 days |
| _ttp, _tt_enable_cookie | TikTok pixel (first-party) | Identifies your browser for TikTok advertising measurement | Up to 13 months |
| ttcsid, ttcsid_* | TikTok pixel (first-party) | Groups events within one visit | One visit |
| fe_attr (full) | FootballEdge | Campaign details as described above; copied to your account if you sign up | 90 days |
| Cookies on facebook.com, tiktok.com and google.com | Meta, TikTok, Google (third-party) | Set by those companies under their own policies when their tags run | Set by those companies |
Before you choose, our pages tell Google’s tags that analytics and advertising storage are denied (Google Consent Mode, with ad data redaction). In that state Google’s tags store nothing in your browser, but may pass an ad-click identifier along in page addresses.
7.Cookies on other services
When you pay, you go to Stripe’s checkout page, and Manage billing opens Stripe’s customer portal; Stripe sets its own cookies there under its own policy (stripe.com/cookie-settings).
8.Changes to this policy
We update this list when we add, remove or change a cookie. The version and date at the top of this page show when it last changed. If we add a new optional category or vendor, or use an existing one for a new purpose, we ask for your consent again.
