Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not do with FootballEdge and its data.

Version 1.0 · Last updated October 16, 2026

1.What this policy is

This policy sets out how you may use FootballEdge (footballedge.io), its data and its exports. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the site, with or without an account.

In short: FootballEdge is for your own personal use. Don’t scrape it, don’t resell or republish our numbers, don’t share your account, and don’t attack the service.

2.What you may do

  • use FootballEdge, including any paid plan, for your own personal, non-commercial purposes;
  • keep CSV exports (Global plan) for your own analysis;
  • share a link to a public FootballEdge page, or quote a short extract from a public page with a link to it and the name “FootballEdge”;
  • talk about your own experience of the service, positive or negative.

3.What you must not do

  • Scraping and automated access: copy, scrape, crawl or extract data or content by automated means (bots, scripts, scrapers, headless browsers or similar), use our internal interfaces directly, or build a database or dataset from FootballEdge — including to train or test any software;
  • Redistribution: resell, republish, redistribute or commercially exploit our probabilities, value bets, picks, odds tables, articles, data or exports — for example in a tipster service, a paid channel or group, a betting product, a newsletter, another website or an app;
  • Account sharing: share your sign-in details, sell or give away access, or let several people use one account or subscription;
  • Circumvention: get around a paywall, a usage limit, a geographic restriction, the age confirmation or any security measure, or create several accounts to do so or to get more than one money-back refund;
  • Attacks: test, probe, overload or attack the service or the systems behind it, or upload or send malware or anything else harmful;
  • Reverse engineering: decompile or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
  • Misrepresentation: present our numbers as your own, claim a partnership with us that does not exist, or mislead anyone about what our numbers are or what they have achieved;
  • Unlawful use: use FootballEdge in a way that breaks the law, including the betting and gambling laws that apply to you, or let anyone under 18 (or under the higher minimum age where they live) use your account.

4.Why these rules exist

Part of our data — match data and bookmaker odds — comes from third-party providers under licences that do not allow it to be passed on. Our own calculations, texts and the way we compile the data are protected by copyright and database rights. And a service that publishes probabilities next to bookmaker odds must not be turned into a betting tip service run by someone else.

5.What happens if the rules are broken

If you break this policy we may warn you, limit your access, or suspend or close your account, as described in the Terms of Service. We choose a measure that is proportionate to what happened and, where reasonable, give you a chance to explain or put things right first. We may also block automated traffic without notice.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

6.Reporting misuse

If you see our numbers or texts being resold or republished, or think someone is misusing FootballEdge, tell us at support@footballedge.io. Security problems can be reported to the same address; please give us a reasonable time to fix them before you disclose them.
